1. Who we are

Mosso is a mobile puzzle game operated by DataNaat, based in Mexico City, Mexico. Contact: info@datanaat.com.

2. License to use Mosso

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use Mosso on devices you own or control, for non-commercial personal use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the app
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the app to anyone else
• Use the app to harm, harass, or interfere with other players
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to interact with the app or its servers
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the app

3. Your account and progress

Mosso does not require you to register or sign in. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous account for you and automatically backs up your progress to our servers (see our Privacy Policy). Because the account is anonymous:

• By default it is tied to this app installation. To carry your progress to a new device, sign in with Google in Settings so your profile is linked to your Google Account.
• If you uninstall the app without signing in with Google, your anonymous account may become unrecoverable.
• You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time from Settings → Delete account.

4. In-app purchases

Mosso currently has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or microtransactions. A future update may offer an optional one-time purchase called "Mosso Forever" that removes ads. If and when introduced:

• The price would be set per region according to Google Play pricing tiers
• Payment would be processed by Google directly; we never see your payment details
• Mosso Forever would be a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge
• You could restore the purchase on any device signed in to your same Google Account
• Refunds would be handled by Google according to their refund policies

5. Advertising

Mosso is free to play and supported by advertising. It shows a single, family-safe banner ad on the Home screen and at the bottom of some puzzles, and offers optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit (recovering a missed streak, or getting a hint). Rewarded ads are always optional — you can decline, or use in-game leaves instead. There are no interstitial ads that interrupt gameplay, and Simon Says, Settings, and the menus stay ad-free. All ads use Google AdMob's strictest family-safe content rating ("G").

5.1 Day-unlock feature

If you miss a daily puzzle, you may choose to watch one rewarded video to unlock that past day for play. The unlock is local to your device and remains valid for 24 hours from the moment you watch the video; after that the day re-locks and another video (or leaves) is required to play it again. Watching a video is always your choice and never required to continue using Mosso.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Mosso lawfully and respectfully. Specifically, you will not:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access parts of the app or our servers not intended for public access
• Misrepresent your age to circumvent age-related restrictions
• Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or manipulate streaks or scores

We reserve the right to refuse service or block access if we discover misuse.

7. Intellectual property

The Mosso name, logo, app design, puzzle content, illustrations, music, sound effects, and all original creative material in the app are owned by DataNaat or used under license. You may not reuse them outside of personal gameplay without our written permission.

Third-party assets (such as open-source fonts and icon packs) are used under their respective licenses; full credits are available on request.

8. User-generated content

Mosso does not allow players to upload, submit, or publish content. There are no comments, public profiles, or chat. Other players see only a randomly assigned display name and country flag next to anonymized scores. If this changes in a future version, these Terms will be updated.

9. Disclaimers

Mosso is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app stable and enjoyable, but we cannot guarantee that:

• The app will be free of bugs or errors
• It will be available without interruption
• It will be compatible with every device or operating-system version
• Your data will never be lost (please sign in with Google to back up progress across devices)

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataNaat will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mosso, including but not limited to lost data, lost time, or emotional distress from a broken streak. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which for free users is zero).

11. Changes to the app

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will try to communicate significant changes clearly inside the app and on this website.

12. Changes to these Terms

If we update these Terms, we will change the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we will notify you inside the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

13. Termination

You can stop using Mosso at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you live in a region with mandatory consumer-protection laws (such as the EU), those protections still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

15. Google Play terms

When you download Mosso from Google Play, you also agree to Google's terms. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no liability for Mosso. You agree that Google may enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary where required by its store policies.
