Delete Your Account & Data

Mosso gives every player an anonymous account (a randomly-generated ID — never your real name, email, or phone number). You can permanently delete that account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
1. Delete from inside the app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in Mosso:
- Open Mosso and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, then confirm. Your account and all of your progress are erased right away — on this device and on our servers.
No email, no waiting, no support ticket required.
2. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer open the app (for example, you uninstalled it) and still want your synced data removed from our servers, email us at info@datanaat.com with the subject "Delete my Mosso account".
Because Mosso accounts are anonymous and have no name or email attached, please send your request from the device or region where you play and tell us roughly when you started playing, so we can help locate and remove your data. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
3. What gets deleted
Whether you delete in the app or by email, the following are permanently removed:
- Your anonymous account (the randomly-generated user ID and your random display name & country flag).
- Your daily streak and best streak.
- Your per-game progress and endless levels reached.
- Your leaves (in-game rewards) and reward history.
- Your daily and endless puzzle results stored on our servers.
- Your push-notification token.
- All gameplay data stored locally on your device (when you delete from inside the app).
4. What may be retained
Aggregated, fully anonymized statistics that can never be linked back to you (for example, "the average solve time today was 2:34") may be retained, as they contain no personal or account identifier. Aggregate analytics collected through Google Firebase are governed by their own retention schedules described in our Privacy Policy.
